"The public rooms were in good condition but rather dated, reflecting the hotel's ostentatious history. The corridors and fire doors to the rooms were in poor condition, some damaged paint, wallpaper and carpet. The room was small and dated but clean with plenty of storage. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the breakfast offered a great choice. Whilst it is becoming increasingly common, as a hotel guest, I don't like paying extra to park my car."

"We asked for a view of the bay and was to,d that there was a £30 per night surcharge. We have stayed here before but never ever were charged a surcharge. Last time mt friends, we have a lot of choice."

"My stay at the Holiday Inn was comfortable and pleasant overall. Everything was good, and I had a nice experience. The only issue I encountered was with the sofa bed, which wasn’t very comfortable—I could feel the hard surface while lying on it. Aside from that, everything else met my expectations. I would consider staying here again when needed."
