Love the property cute and cozy. Kitchen was awesome. They didn’t miss any details. Outside was amazing to have river and peaceful surrounding while being in a quiet neighborhood. Close to town, store and restaurants. Will be back in springtime.

Weekend trip

The home was cute and well kitchen stocked..
The driveway had a lot of parking for us and our drift boat. It would be nice if they cut in the grass a place to backup future to turn around. We enjoyed sitting at the river and we went fishing in the drift boat, rafting, jet boat evening dinner cruise and enjoyed our friends. We were impressed that the kitchen had quality pots and pans and other kitchen items needed to cook and prepare a wonderful meal. We will use the property again if it's available, it was very cute inside and very maintained outside. The neighbor was quiet. Thanks again Frank and Bev Betts

A Happy Thanksgiving
Had a great Thanksgiving with my son and his girfriend. The house had everything I needed for making and serving the meal. Very clean, warm, great location and an enjoyable relaxing view of the river with ducks, geese, deer and squirrels

I really enjoyed my stay at the house! Very cozy! Loved the decorations and the retro appliances. The location was convenient for a trip to Crater Lake and the Rogue Gorge. I would definitely stay again the next time I am in the area!

Retro on the Rogue River
This little house is the cutest ever. The kitchen was made for me, even the cat clock on the wall like I had in college. The whole house was spotless and cozy, and felt like home. It was so peaceful to walk down to the river, to watch the geese and I even had a very cordial chat with the next door neighbor. I wish we could have stayed a week, but we truly enjoyed the 2 nights we were there.

Perfect location for Crater Lake visit.
Thank you so much for the amazing stay in Oregon. Your house is perfect for local day trips in the area. The kitchen is equipped with everything to make meals and the electric BBQ is very easy to use. Entire house was spotless and beds were comfortable. We will be back!

My grandson and his mother joined me for a 5 night stay in this lovely home. This is my 3rd time here. The owners provide everything you need and more. The view of the Rogue River from our bedroom was glorious. The neighborhood is quiet and welcoming. We will be back again next year. Thank you

2nd star and was very happy. Close to where I needed to go for an equestrian event and home is tidy, well stocked and spacious for 3 adults. Easy to find, safe area. Ample parking. Comfortable beds. Nice views. Quiet area so sleep well.

Cute home a little over an hour from Crater Lake National Park
We had a great stay in this cute home visiting with our son. Great hikes nearby and Crater Lake National Park was just over an hour away. Absolutely gorgeous! We didn’t have time for it but the rafting on the Rogue River looked like a blast. Great location with many thoughtful touches in the home!

Gorgeous view, cozy cottage
We enjoyed our stay very much. Centrally located for visits to Ashland and Crater Lake as well as fishing the Rogue. The yard is wonderful and so nice to have direct access to the river. The house is very well stocked with absolutely everything you could need. We've rented many vacation rentals and never had a kitchen that was outfitted better than this one. Great memories made!

I love the location just a few feet from the river. Great wild life, saw lots of ducks, geese and it is spring so the baby ducklings and gooslings are sooo tiny and cute.

This is our third time staying at this lovely home in Shady Cove. We love the peaceful energy, the beautiful trees, the river. It’s all so serene and why we keep coming back. With family located nearby this is always my "go to" place when visiting Southern Oregon. Easy location on quiet street with direct river access to sit and watch the geese. Remember your fishing pole! Home is always clean and comfortable.

This home is so cozy with an amazing view of the river and wildlife. The home was nicely equipped with everything we could possibly need. I rented it for my parents to stay in for Thanksgiving they just fell in love with home and said it was very relaxing.

This house was so cute and clean and well-stocked. The view? Gorgeous. The location? Prime. The beds? Like a cloud. The sheets? So soft. The closets had an insane amount of extra bedding/towels/tablecloths, etc. Everything was explained clearly in both the listing and the physical note in the house. Felt safe and right at home. House was very clean and cozy. Decorations very 50's which we loved. Very cute kitchen. It would be very helpful if the owners upgraded the WIFI connection and the satellite disc access. The WIFI was too weak to support streaming on our devices. The television kept going in and out every couple of minutes. It was impossible to watch any show and follow the story and the news programs available appeared to be week long repeats of Sunday programs. We also tried to take a walk down to the river and found that the gate on the fence was locked and there were no instructions on how to unlock it. The online listing did show people playing frisbee in the area beyond the back fence. We left a day early because the weather at Crater Lake was bad (but beautiful snow). Overall we have mixed feelings about our stay.

We're so sorry you did not have strong enough Wi-fi. We do have the strongest wi-fi available in the area. Unfortunately there are limited choices as it is somewhat remote. The gate code for the back yard is listed in the email instructions we sent you prior to your arrival. This place was Awesome. Very clean & supplied. Wife loved the Bed in the Master. Nice fixtures and furniture. Property is Beautiful and has a park like setting in the back. It has a nice shoreline along the River. We found it to be a quiet & peaceful place to recharge. Property management was quick to answer and question we had. We will stay here again!!

Lovely home in a beautiful neighborhood
The house is immaculate and well furnished. Our family of 5 had a great time. Our three kids slept in the second bedroom, with the youngest on the provided inflatable mattress. They were a little tight in there, but we could have put the mattress in the living area if we needed more space for each. The backyard is the highlight. It's large and grassy with scattered trees. There's a fenced-in area with a gate that locks, and the larger part outside the fence extends all the way to the bank of the Rogue River. We played frisbee by the river, watched the ducks and geese and thoroughly enjoyed it. Make sure you wear shoes you don't mind getting goose poop on the bottom of though. The focus of our visit was Crater Lake, and it's a pretty long drive to get there, a little over an hour. It's a very pleasant drive though, so didn't really bother us. Just something to be aware of. There aren't a lot of other lodging options in much closer proximity to the lake. To summarize: a beautiful home in a gorgeous location, reasonably close to Crater Lake if that's your destination.
