"I did not use the airport shuttle (I didn't even know about it!). The breakfast buffet is awesome and worth the extra UK$100 each day. You can get everything and eat as much as you want. I never got a chance to check out the Metropark Kowloon Club on the 17th floor, and wish I knew more about that too. Anyway: great room, clean, great staff, convenient location!"

"Got given a free upgrade for my 5-night stay; had nothing to complain about the room, services, staff attentiveness, and the amenities provided. Extremely convenient yet quiet location. The only thing is the lack of information on how often they’d clean (which is every day any time you don’t have the ‘do not disturb’ indicator on) and the room service team can call your room all the way up till 10pm which they did once and it made me jump."
