Hotel advertised airport shuttle but when contacted day before trip none was provided. Also swimming pool was not operational. Self service laundry was available and rooms were clean. Staff was helpful and courteous.

Stayed in a two bedroom suite. Overall experience at The Jervois was great. Staffs at the front desk were helpful. Location of the hotel is very central, many restaurants and cafes nearby, conveniently located. Only wished the washer and dryer in the unit can be wash and dry in one cycle.
