Staff was rude

We arrived early and yes, early check-in is not guaranteed but they had a total of 4 cars in their massive parking lot - there was NO way there were not plenty of rooms available. But they wouldn't let us check-in. Left and went to the Wyndym one next door and they were more than happy to accommodate us.

We came to town for a funeral. The experience at the hotel was wonderful. They were very accommodating and Incredibly friendly. They went out of their way to make sure that my stay with my three young boys was as easy as possible. They allowed me to have an early check-in and late check-out because of our out-of-town situation. Everyone was incredibly friendly down to the housekeeping staff. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and when I make the trip back into town to see family again soon, I will be booking a room.

Room quiet and clean but needs updated.

Shower needs repaired. No bath towels in room. Was clean. Breakfast was ok.

Simple and easy

The hotel was close to the freeway. Close to shopping and eating . The staff ,especially the overnight front desk person . Went out of their way to help me in anyway they could. I will use them again .

Nice quiet hotel

Pros: Beautiful pool and comfortable clean rooms
The hotel was filled with families with children but the room was very quiet

Ask who is staying on your floor.

Hallway was filled with running kids and drunk adults. Called down to front desk with no resolve. Lasted till 1:30 am and started at 7 am again.
