We could not be more pleased about our stay at A River Runs Through It. The house is spacious and lovely - and the location is even better! We loved that the house is so close to the community pool and basketball court. And then there are so many things to do in the area - from museums to amusement parks to wine and moonshine tasting to Smoky Mtn Natl Park - there is something for everyone within a 30 minute drive.

The pool was very close to the property which was great - the grandkids really enjoyed the pool. The game room was an added bonus for the grandkids! This house has everything you need. Me and my family Had a great time . The house is very spacious , loved the game room, very clean. great location. The guest house was great for those who wanted to get away for some peace and quiet we hade 18 from infants to 50ish. The beds are very comfortable. The only thing id say would make it better is hotter water and a larger hot water heater . Some upgrades are needed like the master fireplace and the one in the theater they dont work.and some other small things. We had a problem and they were quick to respond. . We would definitely stay again

This is a beautiful property with tons of room. Great location with nearby pool, playground, and picnic area. The kids loved playing in the creek! It was close to all area attractions and far enough out to see wildlife early in the morning and late evening. I would highly recommend this rental house to large families!

We chose this cabin to have my daughter’s wedding and it did not disappoint. The landscaping was beautiful. The cabin itself was very pretty. We did feel it was a bit too cluttered with decor. The pool and hot tub were nice. We had the wedding right by the walk over bridge and it was perfect!

From the minute you pull up you will fall in love with this location!! 5 star in every way and having the community pool within a few steps is a huge bonus!!
