Communication with host was very good and prompt for the most part. A few very minor items that were addressed by the host (i.e. entry and wifi access code), but not deal breakers. We were with our 4 grandchildren and they appreciated the smart TV and the PS5. The 3 flights of stairs were a work out for us grandparents but the host had their team assist us with our luggage.
