"The staff and property were decent. The room was disgusting. Upon trying to enter my room the door was locked. After repeated attempts to unlock the door a man exited and stated the room was ready. The room was a jacuzzi room. When filling the jacuzzi tub with water there were several pubic hairs and a substance that looked like semen floating around. "

"The stay was great. The only issue I had was the shower head on the shower. I feel you all can get a better quality shower head. After a day of hiking, a good shower is very important for hikers.."

"The Gateway was a fantastic place to stay for visiting Sequoia. The little cabin was perfect for 2 people and we had a balcony overlooking the river which was a lovely bonus. Plenty of space in the room and a lovely queen bed with a great mattess and pillows. The bathroom was a little cramped and the light above the mirrow did not work. The shower was small with a non-adjustable shower height and it was hard to get the water temperature balanced. The restaurant was lovely, recommend to eat on the deck over the river."

"Traffic noise from freeway or street could be heard and toilet would not flush broken handle. Overal clean hotel and I would stay here again. "
