A true beach house of 150m², fully renovated, with 3 suites and 2 bedrooms on a 600m² plot planted with cork oaks and strawberry trees, located in the residential Estagnots area, less than 100m from a surf school/surf shop/mini-market/newsagent and 3 restaurants, 200m from the ocean beaches, 900m from Hossegor's saltwater lake and less than 4km from the town centers of Hossegor and Seignosse le Penon. WIFI.
Upon entering, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, oven, Nespresso machine, washing machine) leading to the living room (2 sofas/TV area). The south/southeast-facing dining room offers a 35m² living space bathed in light thanks to large bay windows opening onto a spacious 40m² outdoor terrace (deck chair/table/chairs/plancha grill/5-seater outdoor sofa).
All the shutters are automated. For the shoulder seasons, a wood-burning stove complements the comfort provided by radiators in each room.
The ground floor offers 2 bedrooms and 1 suite:
