Modern HOUSE with a neat and functional decoration, open on a heated swimming pool and on a natural park resting on 2500m2 of land. No opposite.  
Air-conditioned living room opening onto the American kitchen with all amenities  
 , outdoor plancha, lounge surrounded by covered terraces and also terraces for sunbathing.  
The interior includes 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and therefore a bathtub and 4 showers, 1 office space, a central bar in the living room  
Located in Saubion, 10 minutes by car from the beaches of Hossegor  
and from Seignosse and 30 minutes from Biarritz and the Basque Country.  
Surfing, tennis, skatepark, golf, cycling with many cycle paths  
Linen and towels provided.

#### Une maison idéale pour tous

Nous sommes partis à 2 familles dont 3 ados. Nous avons été tous convaincus de la qualité de la maison de Sylvie. Assez spacieuse pour accueillir 8 personnes et très bien équipée. La piscine, la terrasse et le jardin sont de gros atouts. Nous avons profité du grand séjour avec ses grandes baies vitrées et de sa cuisine ouverte. La maison est idéalement située à moins de 10kms de la côte basco-landaise et de ses plages d’Hossegor et de Seignosse. Nous remercions Sylvie Pour son accueil et reviendrons très certainement.
