"The host Ted had called me a few days before our trip to fill me in on everything about the house and what was available to us when we would arrive. I’ve never had someone reach out to me before a trip so it felt very personable! My family that joined in on the trip said it was the best house we’ve ever stayed at and we have been going to North Topsail Beach for nearly 20 years! My kids said they want to stay at this house again next year so I’m already considering booking for next year as well. Also Ted gave me his personal number so I was able to reach out if I had any issues and he was very quick with his responses. I would definitely recommend staying at this house!"
