"The house and location were perfect! The beach chairs, grill & hot tub were an added bonus. Such a quiet street and loved being at the culdesac. The elevator was wonderful! We could've used curtains in the living room for my elderly father with light sensitivity, but he wore his sunglasses indoors. The sunlight made it difficult for him to view the TV.Everyone in the family loved the house! Wish it was affordable to rent again in 2027, but the increase is more than we can swing."

"We had an absolutely wonderful stay and would easily rate this property a *10* The house was beautiful, extremely clean, and the location was perfect. Having access to both the pool and the beach was amazing, especially with our kids. The location truly couldn’t have been better!There were a couple of minor bumps during our stay. Check-in was a little frustrating because our number wasn’t working to access the elevator. That said, we were able to get everything worked out and it didn’t take away from the overall experience.On our last day, the pool unfortunately had to be drained because it had become too murky to safely use. While that was disappointing, especially with a house full of kids, the owner was very responsive and proactive about the situation. She provided us with a gift card so we could take the kids out for something to do, and she even followed up with us afterward to apologize for the inconvenience and for our interaction with the pool company. We really appreciated how she handled the situation.Overall, this was a beautiful, clean, comfortable home in an amazing location, and the owner was very responsive throughout our stay. The minor issues were just that—minor—and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend! "

"The property was conveniently located...just a few steps to the beach. We found it to be very clean and family friendly. We appreciated walking in and finding clean towels and sheets in addition to dish soap, a sponge and an extra garbage bag. It makes it easy to just settle in and feed the kids. I would definitely stay here again. We also recommend Coffee Joy just up the road a little. Such a cute, local place to grab a really good coffee."
