Staff very helpful in recommending places to eat and providing directions. So friendly too! The rooms were great with a door separating the bedroom from the sitting room which was so helpful when traveling with a child.

I have not been a cleaner hotel I the USA, or outside of this country, and I have travelled extensively. The window sills did not have a speck of dust. The baseboards were maculate, no dirt anywhere. The people at the desk were so nice! We will definitely be going back!!!! 5 stars is not enough for them.

The Lighthouse Suites hotel was an excellent choice for our 2 night stay on Emerald Isle. Our 2nd floor room had 2-Queen beds seperate from the living room entryway and it was very clean! The bathroom had a large walk-in shower with plenty of shampoo, conditioner and body lotions along with small bars of soap and a Dial liquid soap pump bottle. Every staff member we encountered was very friendly and made us feel welcomed. The main level breakfast area had white tables and chairs with many large windows to see outside and we were impressed with how clean everything was. The sweet lady at the check-in area would make sure to clean each table after guests left from breakfast. The whole hotel was felt very warm, calm and inviting. There was plenty of room for parking a vehicle. We’ll stay there again anytime we go to Emerald Isle. Loved it!

My husband and I stayed 4nights. It was the best vacation we’ve had in years. Diane and Amari took very good care of us, even surprised us with an anniversary celebration surprise. Everyone there is very thoughtful. I would definitely recommend the lighthouse to anyone.

The room was exceptionally clean, and the entire hotel was well-maintained. The location was perfect for our stay. The two ladies we met at the front desk were fantastic—both were friendly, professional, helpful, and had wonderful personalities. It was clear that they work very hard and genuinely care about their guests. The breakfast was adequate, although as a vegan, my options were somewhat limited. I enjoyed the fresh fruit and then visited a local coffee shop that offered several vegan choices. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to others!

The internet did not work in my hotel room; I had to stay in the hotel lobby in order to get internet. The rooms were nice and the breakfast was lovely. The big negative is the property management unilaterally changed my reservation without talking to or confirming with me. When I arrived on the first date of my reservation, they had booked the entire hotel and had no rooms available for me and told me to stay the first night of my reservation down the road at the Hampton Inn and Suites.
