"My 5th year renting in Topsail and have to say, this was an excellent stay. Not only is the house spacious & beautiful but every detail is accommodated for. Also well maintained & super clean throughout. (a big plus- especially at end of busy season)Quiet area of beach with gorgeous views. Can sit on spacious porch or on sand which is a staircase away.Owner and house manager on point with communication.Keeping it in the cue for future family gatherings!A solid 10/10"

"Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice place. Been there a few times. This year we discovered those little sugar ants in the kitchen cooking area. The downstairs refrigerator was atrocious. There were no trash cans anywhere but the kitchen. Really like having linens provided. The outside shower was non-functional. Easily fixable items."
