"Everything about this property is as advertised plus. The kitchen has everything available for in home cooking or whatever might be needed and plenty of table space for everyone. The beds are very comfortable and bedding was supplied. The elevator is a big plus and functioned well with no issues. The 2 main king suites on the top deck were perfect for ocean listening at night and viewing in the mornings. Bottom line is that this was well worth the price. We have stayed at many units with VRBO over the years and this is one of our favorites. The hosts were very accommodating. We will certainly consider this for our next future visits. "

"It was not air conditioning weather, however it did get humid and the air conditioning was hard to control. It would only let us put on the fan. The whole place was nice, clean, and a great family experience. "

"This house is happily situated right on the beach, with views from every living space, starting when you walk in the front door. The living space is outstanding, every room is comfortable, and the kitchen is awesome. The decks are easily accessible and spacious, and it is a very short trek to the beach. The hosts were very responsive to our questions. This is by far and away the best house we have stayed in on Topsail Island."

"The host, Kyle, is quick to respond. Beautiful home in a great location. Kitchen is well stocked and lots of thoughtful details you don't find in most rentals. The heated pool and hot tub were a hit with the kids. Highly recommended."

"I wish I could tell everyone how awesome this house was but the truth is we never made it there. There was a state of emergency issued do to a hurricane. No refund and travel insurance is worthless. 20yrs of vacationing on the Island and first issue. Very disappointed. The house looks amazing but the rental place was less then helpful. "
