This was my family's second time staying at this property. Our experience was great from check-in to check-out. The amenities are wonderful, and the staff did very well handling the busy Labor Day weekend. It is also about a 15-minute drive from the beach, with plenty of restaurant options within a 5-mile radius. We will definitely be staying here again.

The property was very clean our room was excellent. We had a King Suite with handicap bathroom. Every staff member was very courteous and asking us if we needed anything.. Breakfeast was good to we truly enjoyed our stay.

This property was a last minute decision due to a vacation rental issue. Diamond at the front desk was very helpful and accommodating. This is in a convient area with shopping and restaurants all close by.

Staff was nice. Hotel is new so it was pretty clean and well maintained. Requested housekeeping service twice during our stay but never received it so that meant no new bedding, towels, wash clothes, trash bags, etc. which was difficult. Breakfast was ok but very crowded and takes a long time to get food and find a place to sit.

Brand new facility in excellent condition. They were not prepared to check us in on time, and we had to wait close to 1.5 hours past check-in as the room was not ready. This caused a delay in our travel plans. We did not get any housekeeping services any of the days we were there, despite specifically requesting them on two of the days. Had to seek out staff to get our own towels each day. Despite being told that management would follow up with us following some of our concerns, we never heard from a manager. There was a problem with the toilet not working when we arrived. This was handled quickly and without a problem, as they needed to make some type of adjustment. After we had checked in our room and were lying down, front desk called and told us we would need to come down to front desk, as apparently they forgot to get a copy of our credit card for incidentals.

Just check your bathroom… I found lots of stray hairs in the bathroom right at check in and they definitely weren’t mine as we had JUST checked in. I took pictures & videos and went downstairs and showed them to the guy at the front desk (who looked like the manager) but he just said they’d send someone up to clean it and they never did!
