Great location. The room was comfortable. The lady at check in was extremely rude. She ignored us for the longest time. Then she told us our room was not ready even though it was about 6:00 at night. We did enjoy the little food/drink store downstairs. They charged us twice for the room at checkout but luckily we caught it and they corrected it.

It’s a good location, easily to walk everywhere. Rooms were clean. There is a pub or a club near by that had loud music playing late so kept us up for a while, but aside from that, everything else about this hotel was great.

Staff were super friendly and very helpful. Room was great, even though the shower needed a good scrub and some moulding was missing from around the shower, it was still very nice, the water pressure was FANTASTIC! There is no parking, but there is a valet. Don't really need your car, everything is walkable, or you can catch the Trolley. Can't wait to come back!
