"Woken up at 6am by bin lorry in car park in front of our window, avoid rooms at front of hotel if light sleeper. Apart from that issue had a lovely stay!"

"Nice hotel , first time. Booked it for my husbands birthday as he wanted to try because we have stayed a few times at the waterside & loved it. Preferred the waterside. Food is better although we had a good meal at the gailes. My husband is really hard to please. A retired chef.😗 My meal was really nice but my husband had battered fish & he did say it was tasteless. We had a good sleep & breakfast was good.Room was just as i had asked. Spotlessly clean. Well done to your cleaning staff, they are the guys that makes your stay worth it."
