"The room was great!! The first staff member I dealt with was polite and very helpful the second one I dealt with was not great, the second day our room didn’t get cleaned up, trash emptied, bed made, new towels etc, the rugs did smell like animals but it is a pet friendly hotel which we love, the room did not smell and was very clean and nice which we were happy about. There was a bit of shady biz going on in the parking lot but not much you can do about that just a heads up if you have little ones there keep them close while outside. Honestly for the price we will probs be back, the room really was very nice!! "
