- In Sampieri, a few meters from the beautiful beach, on which stands the former Fornace Penna, (the "Manyara" Commissioner Montalbano) is the holiday house "Clara", an elegant villa consists of two separate apartments, with large garden private parking. Holiday house "Clara" is located near the bike path that connects Marina di Modica and Sampieri.
Two bicycles are available free of charge for guests.
The apartment Luna, on the 1st floor, consists of one double bedroom, kitchen-living room with sofa bed, bathroom and a terrace with sea views.
