The location was perfect, quiet and safe. The staff were amazing. They were super friendly and helpful. They cooked delicious food and made awesome drinks.
Breakfast included and super clean. I would definitely recommend the Ollen Apartments.

Air conditioning that didnt work. Car fumes entering the room w windows closed. My sea was a bit absurd. From my terrace there was a gas station between me and the sea. Lock on my room door didn't work and the worker had to break my door down. Then i had to move. The next morning they told me to move back. Lock then broke again. I spent 2 days with my door unsecured. Only good aspect of this hotel was staff Fiorella, a wonderful person and kind being.

Very clean room and extremely helpful staff. They helped us figure out the best way to get to the city centre and how to enjoy it. Just note that, if you're coming from the train station at Taormina-Giardini, it is best to get a taxi because the hotel is on the side of a hill and it's a steep climb with your luggage. Without luggage, however, it's quite easy to reach.
