The 2-storey property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 5 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV, air conditioning as well as a washing machine. A baby cot is also available. This vacation rental features a private terrace for relaxing evenings.

You can use a shared outdoor area with a fenced pool (open from June to September), a garden, two open terraces, a barbecue area, a playground, and an outdoor shower. On request, you may use a hot tub for an extra fee. The property is located 2 km from Scicli, 4 km from Cava D'Aliga beach, and 7 km from Sampieri beach. Other nearby destinations include Donnalucata (10 km), Modica (12 km), Marina di Ragusa (18 km), Ragusa (25 km), and Donnafugata Castle (35 km).
