"Bad:
- charge +100 euro at checkout for four people for the use of pool and golf car. They did not inform us about this at check in. The pool should be included in the price for the hotel.
- no jumping or having fun for kids at the pool.
- no good restaurants within 30 minute drive , only below average buffet at the hotel, go to Delfini if you can but nothing special
- staff barely speaks English
Good:
- decent breakfast
- rooms are clean
- staff are friendly

"My wife and I had a wonderfully restful and quiet stay at Agriturismo Posta Pastorella. It was just what we were hoping for. The property is ideally located only a few minutes’ drive from Vieste’s old town and the nearby beaches.
Our host, Fabio, was fantastic, welcoming us on arrival and always available whenever we needed anything during our stay.
Nestled among olive trees, the agriturismo is beautifully immersed in nature and features a lovely swimming pool with a bar. We would definitely...
"Everything was very great the hotel was very clean and so was the room.
Also it didn’t take long to go to the beach from there so like only 2minutes. The breakfast was okay but not really to good
The personal also was very friendly and helpful
The only thing was that the bed was very hard.
The sheets and pillow were clean."
"Beautiful area, great hotel in terms of quality of rooms and facilities. Breakfast was very good.
Lunch options was very limited.
Hotel doesn't cater for kids (no kids meals or child sized meals), Only one restaurant so if you stay a while menu is limited. Quality of dinner wasn't what I was expecting for price and hotel quality.
Staff at breakfast very nice. "
"Hostess Lucia was very accommodating and attentive. We had relatives nearby who dropped by and Lucia welcomed them in making everyone feel at home. She surprised us with home baking that was delicious! Also served a great breakfast. "
"One of the best Hotels we ever stayed in. The staff is so lovely and helpful. The location is amasing right by the beach and the food is delicious. Can't wait to go back! "
"What a wonderful place. The staff are so kind, the rooms sparkling clean, the shower wonderful, hot and good pressure. The location is perfect, an easy walk to the beach where umbrella and chairs are included. The beach is so great here, it is shallow a long way out, perfect for children or anyone who likes to wade and look at sea life and beautiful seashells. There is a beautiful sand bar to walk out to as well! The town of Rodi also just up the hill is so very pretty and charming, nice people...

"What a superb hotel. Beach was amazing and the staff were always incredibly polite and helpful.
We were a little bit wary having read some reviews but thought it excellent and wished we had stayed for two nights.
We did not hire sun loungers as there was adequate space on the beach and did not eat dinner there. The breakfast was excellent."
"The pool and the playground area were very convenient and very well managed. The entire property is extremely clean and well maintained. 5 minutes walking distance from Oasi Lido beach. Overall a great and safe place to stay with a young family.
Only a couple things could be improved: (1) wifi connection was poor (maybe it’s an issue only in the apartments area where we were staying). (2) the apartments are not soundproofed as advertised in the Expedia entry."
"This was a great hotel. Clean and very spacious with a feeling of high standard (for Italian standard). There is a road between the hotel and the beach but it’s not a bother because there’s a tunnel under the road so ot feels like direct access. The beach area is also very spacious and gives a luxurious feeling compared to the other umbrella teas along the beach.
Something we really appreciated about the hotel was the breakfast. Definitely the best we’ve had in any coastal hotel in Europe (we travel a lot). Both a huge and high quality sweet selection (which we don’t appreciate but know many do) as well as made to order egg dishes, good bread, cheese, ham and even a juice station where you could make your own juice with a choice of many fruits as well ass healthy vegetables including fresh ginger. Fantastic coffee goes without saying, it’s Italy after all.
The walk to the town is fairly simple. 20 minutes to reach most restaurants and it’s only a slight climb at the end. We like to walk so found this distance most enjoyable and one of the good things about the hotel’s location.

"We absolutely loved this hotel! The town is so charming to walk around and the historical sites are beautiful! The breakfast was extensive! Lots of choices. "

Scialara, a charming village situated in the picturesque region of Puglia, offers a more laid-back approach to nightlife than some of its bustling counterparts.
While there are not extensive nightlife options in Scialara itself, nearby towns like Vieste and Peschici come alive after dark. In Vieste, you can explore the lively seafront promenade, where bars and gelaterias invite you to enjoy a leisurely evening. The atmosphere here is vibrant, with live music often filling the air during the summer months.
Peschici, just a short drive away, boasts a lovely selection of beachfront bars and restaurants, superb for enjoying a sunset cocktail or a late-night seafood dinner. The narrow streets of the old town also feature quaint taverns where you can experience local wines and aperitifs in a relaxed setting.
For those seeking a more energetic night out, heading to the coastal cities of Bari or Lecce, though a bit further afield, will provide a wealth of nightlife options, including clubs, bars, and late-night eateries.
