"What the owner or yourselves forgot to mention was that it was the towns shopping weekend!! ALL roads leading to the hotel were CLOSED!!!!! The rooms were mediocre, the OPEN staircase was an accident waiting to happen, in all not a good stay"
"Staff were amazing, went over and above to make sure i got a taxi safely for example. The location is excellent, right in the centre so perfect for beach and Oistende's amazing nightlife! Would definitely stay again."

"The service was exceptional!
The hotel is centrally located two blocks from the main square. When we arrived, they had our rooms ready two hours early. They provided us with great information on where to go and had a welcome drink ready.
Babette and Laurence were helpful and friendly throughout our stay.
The rooms were clean and well appointed. Though it's rustic, the hotel was updated in all the important areas. The bed was stellar, and the bathroom fully appointed and updated. Excellent water pressure in the shower (a common issue in boutique hotels) and a fully functioning coffee/espresso maker! Plus they provided a bottle of still and a bottle of sparkling water daily.
