"Our stay at the hostel was okay but during our time there, there was an issue with our booking on the hostels end. We booked 3 capsules, yet when we arrived they said that there was other people in these rooms. We got moved to the 4 bed female dorm which I paid for at the property, however, because they had cancelled the capsule rooms I was charged a full cancellation fee despite the hostel being the people to cancel it.
