"The unit was just like the photos: a little “beach kitschy” but clean, comfortable, and conveniently located for shopping and restaurants. A/C was a plus since occasionally the weather was warm (mid-April to mid-May). The laundry nook contained two bookshelves of numerous choices of light reading material--a nice touch. The beach service included was great! Any day we walked the ¼ mile to Destin’s lovely white-sand beach, there were two chairs and an umbrella already set up for our use! Richard, the property manager, was very helpful, answering questions, making recommendations and accommodating a couple of our special needs. Two suggestions: Add some under-counter or cabinet lights to the kitchen, which was rather dark. And, in a rental of this type, miscellaneous old or dilapidated things accumulate over time. It might be beneficial for the owners to inventory the kitchen and all closets and remove anything that has lost its usefulness. But that's a suggestion, not a requirement. Overall, the unit had everything needed."

"The staff was amazing. The the breakfast was normal continental breakfast but they also offered to make you omelettes. Mtge cleaning staff cleaned all the sand off the room! Amazing! Thank you!"

"Great place convenient location "

"Very nice location, short walk to the beach. Stan provided a basket of snacks the kids enjoyed & backpack chairs, umbrella and children’s beach toys. Coffee pot didn’t work but there was a kettle for back up. The breaker flipped after we turned on the lights,without us plugging anything in. we had a hard time getting that back online since it was hidden behind a giant mirror we were afraid to break and technically since my neck surgery I’m not supposed to lift more than 20lbs. The plugs and disposal in the kitchen never worked for us. Might just be a breaker /electrical issue needing updating. Said basic kitchen spices only had corn starch, cooking sprays and curry powder. Had an empty salt shaker-I bought more salt and filled the shaker for the next guests.Overall the space was clean had plenty of toiletries and the beds were amazing! Best sleep I’ve had in months! Would definetly come again and again an and again! Thanks for having us!"
