"Stayed for a festival out at Earlham Park. Did not have a vehicle, buses to from Norwich and the Uni are quite convenient. Walked most days. 1 mile to Earlham, 2 miles to Norwich. "bit of tlc, for example the skirting boards were all knocked and the shower was leaking quite badly. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good."

"Just back from a great three day stay. The staff were wonderful (special shout out to Mike who couldn't do enough for us and the lovely ladies in the bar/restaurant) We stayed in one of the coach house rooms with our dog and the whole hotel is very dog friendly (including the breakfast sausage served every morning) Lovely new facilities with great bathrooms and showers. We really enjoyed the food here too (a bit let down by the Sunday roast we've seen so many excellent reviews on, so must have had a unusual experience as it was quite dry, like it had been under a eat lamp for a while) certainly wouldn't put us off coming back again though. We would highly recommend and the staff were some of the best we've come across on our travels. Great location, with only a short drive to some great dog friendly beaches, so with the September sunshine, we got lots of steps in."

"The hotel was pretty good it had everthing I needed and was clean and tidy enough. The room was a good size and had plenty of plug sockets which so really do not. The thing I liked the most was the pub/resturant . The food was fantastic quality and all home cooked. It was some of the best I have had when working away most weeks."
