Great location, in walking distance of Odori and Sapporo Stations as well as right next to Odori Park and Sapporo TV Tower. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The bar had a great selection of drinks and desserts but closed a little early for my liking. The staff was great too.

Our stay at the Royal Park Canvas in Sapporo was excellent. The room was well-maintained, clean, and comfortable. The hotel had a rooftop where you could grill jingisukan or just have a beer, and the cocktail lounge was also great fun with good vibes and a DJ on Saturday night. We had breakfast only one day, but it was delicious, and we had considered also eating at their restaurant which is very well-reviewed but just didn’t have enough time. We would very happily stay at this hotel again if/when we return to Sapporo.

Incredible hotel! Location was absolutely perfect for our first visit in Sapporo - it was within walking distance to most sites like the Sapporo Tower, Nijo Market, Tanu street, etc. Staff were so friendly and helpful. The room is small for North American standards but very efficient and has everything you need, as well as very clean. Thank you so much for the wonderful stay and we cannot wait to come back!

Perfect season to be in Sapporo. The hotel is clean with friendly staff. I love the aesthetics of the room, with a nice view of the Sapporo TV Tower. Rooftop Bar is really nice as well. Will definitely come back to this hotel when I am in Sapporo.

The location is next to Odori park, everything is around. However, room design is depressing, it looks like prison. It didn’t look like this on photos, only in person. What ruined it for me is air conditioner. It is clean and quiet, but it positioned in a way that it blows cold air right on your face when you sleep. Some people can tolerate it, however it makes me sick. If you are sensitive to cold air during sleep blowing at your face - avoid. It’s easy to fix with additional reflectors on the vents, so hope they will fix it.

This hotel is very centrally located and has the perfect views of Sapporo Tower. The rooftop terrace was a highlight of our trip and we were lucky to go when the weather was nice so we could enjoy roasting marshmallows while enjoying the view. For those guests wishing to use the laundry facilities - there are only two washing/drying machines on the property and they do not take IC cards as form of payment. Be prepared that you might have to wait to wash your clothes. For food options there are many - our favorite was next door at Le Trois - Donguri Bakery. For transportation this hotel is the best - literally right by Odori Station. There are multiple entrance options to the subway right by the hotel entrance, Staff were very helpful and the Canvas Lounge is one of the best social areas I have been to. We would love to come back again someday!
