Very very close to Sapporo Station. I received an email prior to my arrival with pre-check-in instructions that made the actual check-in easy and quick. The beds were some of the most comfortable I've slept on in Japan. I saw a washing machine in my room and thought I had to go looking for a Laundromat for a dryer. Thankfully once I had proper look at the buttons in the elevator I saw there was a laundry complete with coin washer and dryer on level 2. It saved me a 15min walk haha.
