The hotel is very basic but there was nothing bad about it. The cleaning staff do such a great job the room was incredibly clean which we appreciate. Some other reviews had said the location wasn't the best but I disagree. You have to walk everywhere in Japan and the tv tower is max 10 minutes away which is amazing, right in front of odori park, close to 7-11 and Family Mart, 10 mins the other direction to the government building, and the airport limousine bus stop is a 7ish minute walk away!
