Good location. The rooms were a bit small but manageable. The lounge access had nice views, however, the WiFi was very spotty. Tons of restaurants inside. The in-room massage was very relaxing! I would stay here again and recommend for travelers.

Really nice hotel within easy walking distance from train station and a number of restaurants and convenience stores. You are some distance from the vibrant centre of Sapporo and taxi fares are quite expensive if travelling daily to these areas. Airport bus leaves from the hotel which is really convenient.

Stayed at Keio Plaza Hotel for several of my trips to Sapporo . Over the last 10 years the room and service standard levels appeared to have deteriorated slightly somewhat (this is generally the case for almost all the establishments now) . Hotel is in a convenient location , clean and top notch and car rental office is just at the Lobby area.
