The location is unbeatable if you are coming or leaving by JR train. If you are arriving late or don't feel like traveling out, the mall attached to it has plenty of good restaurants. The check-in staff, housekeeping and every staff you meet in the hotel are impeccable, helpful and detailed. We always spend a few nights at the local JR Tower hotels in the cities we visit.
