The rooms have a kettle and a microwave. They have washing machines there that cost 300 yen and dryers that cost 100 yen. This hotel is not one of those. All of the staff members I've interacted with have been cordial and willing to help and the many rooms I've stayed in have been clean and not misrepresented in size or condition.
