Villa Blue Heaven-Just Steps to Beach and Turquoise Water - Best Sunsets!

"This was truly the vacation of a lifetime! It was the most relaxing week with a family of 10 that included 2 young children. Every room had a spectacular view. Our hosts were very communicative and supplied us with a detailed list to help with the planning of our vacation. To be honest, you never really have to leave this beautiful house. Julian was so responsive to all our needs and questions and having a mid week cleaning was a very nice surprise. We all left with clean clothes because of their mini laundry Matt included on the premise ( 3 washers, and 3 dryers). The local restaurant that was in walking distance to the house was great, would absolutely recommend. We catered the native bbq to the house as recommended by our hosts and it was one of our favorite meals. Every moment was either spent in the pool or the beautiful turquoise ocean that is steps away from the sliding doors. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash is in every full bathroom so no need to pack that. The weather was perfect every single day. We did rent cars, but didn’t use them often. We had the kitchen stocked with food using the many recommendations sent to us from our hosts. Food shopping is expensive because it’s an island with most everything imported. I can’t say enough about this place, it was amazing!!!"

"Property was well maintained and clean. Only reason I’m giving it 4 starts and not 5 is because our room was not cleaned daily. For our one week stay room was only cleaned once and we had to ask for cleans towels. Property has beautiful water views! We stayed at Villa #5 which had views of the water. My biggest suggestion is to RENT a CAR! Taxi from the airport which is only 15 min away was $50 so we rented a car $350 for entire week. Location of the villas is away from tourists and very quiet. If you want more action stay on Grace Bay which is 20 min away so if you have a car you can easily drive there. Overall it’s very expensive to eat out and buy anything on the island so having a kitchen was very handy. Just to give you an idea box of Oreo cookies is $12 so groceries are expensive but do save you money. On Thursday nights they have fish fry market at Grace bay highly recommend to go. Best restaurant was flamingos on Grace bay by far. Food is much cheaper than touristy spots and flavors are great! Overall a great experience just make sure to bring your wallet."

"We stayed for five nights as a family of five (kids ages 2, 8, and 10), and overall had a great experience.The location is absolutely amazing! It is literally a one-minute drive to two of the most beautiful beaches on the island — Sapodilla Bay and Taylor Bay. The backyard view is gorgeous, and we really appreciated the kayaks provided with the house. There were also beach chairs, floats, and other items left behind by previous guests, which made beach days so much easier. Bring bugs spray- mosquitoes can be quite aggressive, especially at night.The main issue during our stay was the AC in the primary bedroom. It was not working when we arrived. A portable AC unit was provided, but because of its placement, we could not fully close the window shade/cover at night, which made the room brighter and less comfortable for sleeping after long hot days at the beach. The bathroom was also extremely hot, almost like a sauna. I did contact the host, and hopefully this is a temporary issue that will be fixed for future guests (unfortunately for us it wasn’t) A couple of notes for future visitors: the house instructions mention a boa, but we never saw one, so don’t let that worry you. There are also some ants that appear in the kitchen at night even when food is put away, and we did see a few large flying roaches."

"Beautiful house with amazing views! Loved being on Chalk Sound with the kayaks and paddle boards- the nearest island has dozens of iguanas that will greet you as dock. We used the pool and hot tub every day and night. Any issues we had were resolved right away. Taylor Bay Beach and Sopadilla Bay are lovely and easy to access. Highly recommend!"

Twelve Palms Ocean Front Villa - Reimagined!

"This villa was probably my most favorite ever. Party of 6 women ranging from early 30-to upper 40’s in age. The view was incredible. The proximity to Taylor bay was the best! We kayaked to sapodilla a day. We swam several times in front of the house. This set up is the best! The minute you walk into the villa you see the beautiful ocean view. The common area does not have ac, or if it does we did not care to use it. The wind blowing in and the fans was great. Did use the bedroom ac’s.Each room has a bathroom and a half bath in common area. Laundry room was downstairs completely out of the way. The space in the common area was very spacious. We dinned out every night and ate most lunches at the house. This would be a perfect villa to have a chef because of the view. We walked all over the neighborhood. Literally I can’t say anything negative about this villa aside that I’d love to see them add a fire place for outdoors. I will most definitely return to this villa and would not hesitate to book it!"

"Was sad to leave this amazing property! It was perfect in every way. The beds are very comfortable and the private beach could not be any better. The kitchen had everything we needed although we did not do much cooking. We loved staying here and would stay here again. The host was very helpful and would respond if when reached out. It is hard not to fall in love with this island and its people."

"Beautiful home on an amazing beach. Went with another family and had plenty of space with the bedrooms and kitchen downstairs and bedrooms and kitchen upstairs. Convenient that our beach had jet skis to rent and drinks to purchase from locals. Water and sand are perfect! Floats, beach chairs and umbrellas that come with home rental are perfect. Did not think we would use the pool but took advantage of that too. The drive to all the restaurants would be the only negative but not long and enjoyed our vacay immensely."
