Sunsets, views, private pool, kayaks & more! Sapphire Sunsets Beach Villa is a newly renovated luxury villa right on beautiful Sapodilla Beach in Providenciales. Situated just 50 feet from the water, breathtaking views of the ocean and beach abound from the house and pool deck. Dramatic tall glass doors in the living areas open completely to invite the most incredible aqua and blue hues of the water right into the house. Ten paces from the pool deck takes you to the softest and whitest sand beach you can imagine, boasting calm gin clear waters. The villa and beach both face west, providing amazing sunset opportunities every night. Sapodilla Beach offers watersports rentals and has a lively and fun Caribbean vibe. It is one of the most popular beaches on the island, a favorite of both tourists and locals alike. Located in the prestigious residential area of Chalk Sound, Sapphire Sunsets Beach Villa offers everything you might need for a wonderful vacation with family and friends – from a fully stocked gourmet kitchen and well-appointed bedroom suites to a 50-foot curving edge pool with areas for both adults and children. Welcome to our beautiful paradise! Interior Living Area: The open concept living area faces the ocean and is bright and airy. Paintings from local artists grace the walls. The entry hall and living room have soaring 18-foot ceilings, arched columns, and dramatic oversized glass doors that open completely to the beautiful views of the pool and ocean beyond. The gourmet kitchen has custom wood cabinetry locally made on the island, stainless steel appliances, and granite counters. Every kitchen gadget you could want to prepare a small snack or a gourmet meal has been provided. There is also an outdoor gas grill, perfect for meals when you wish to dine at the house and enjoy the best views on Provo right from your own table. In the living room is a large flat screen TV with cable, BluRay/DVD player, Google TV, and stereo, with speakers located in the living areas and outside on the pool deck. Bedrooms: Inside the villa, you’ll find five well-appointed bedrooms. Bedroom #1 has a king size bed, en suite bathroom, a wall of sliding glass doors, and an ocean view. Bedroom #2 has two queen beds, a wall of sliding glass doors with a garden view, and an en suite bathroom. Bedroom #3 has two twin beds that can also be made up as a king, and an en suite bathroom. Bedroom #4 has one queen bed, and Bedroom #5 has a twin bunk bed with a pull-out trundle bed underneath. Bedrooms #4 and #5 are configured as a family suite and share an en suite bathroom. Please note bedroom #5 does not have its own independent access to the living areas, and can only be accessed through bedrooms 1 or 4\. Baby items: A portable crib, high chair, booster seat (for eating), bed rails, and small children’s bathtub are at the house and available to guests with young children. Pool and Beach: A curving edge 50-foot-long pool is a true architectural feature, and sits between the villa and the beach. There is a shallow section of the pool perfect for wading or young children, and a deeper section for adults. Part of the pool is also covered to provide shade, and a water feature at one end of the pool creates a natural soothing rhythm. Beautiful Sapodilla Beach has a lively and fun Caribbean vibe, with watersports rentals offered right on the beach. Sapodilla Beach is one of the most popular beaches on the island, a favorite of both tourists and locals alike. The water is a mere 50 feet from the villa, and a native stone pathway leads you ten paces from our pool deck down to the softest and whitest sand you have ever encountered. The calm waters are gin clear, and only a foot or two deep out to about 100 feet from shore. Beach chairs and umbrellas are provided, as well as complimentary use of our two sea kayaks and two stand up paddle boards. Air conditioning: Though the trade winds and ceiling fans typically keep the villa at a comfortable temperature, air conditioning is available in each of the bedrooms as well as the living areas. To encourage conservation, air conditioning is metered separately and charged back to guests at prevailing electricity rates. Typical guest air conditioning bills for using the air conditioning at night in the bedrooms run $150-$300 per week, Arrival Greeting and Property Manager on Call: Guests will be greeted upon arrival at the villa by a representative of Island Escapes, our on-island property management company, and given an orientation to the villa's features and amenities. Our fabulous husband and wife property manager team, Julian and Dinesh, will be available to you throughout your stay to answer local questions, make recommendations on dining and activities, and address any problems that may arise. We want our guests to have a truly fantastic vacation, and we're here to assist you with both your vacation planning and on-island needs! If you require concierge services to assist with making dining reservations and excursion and spa bookings (dinners, excursions, etc.), we can refer you to a concierge services business on island. There were 13 of us, ages 8-71\. It was such a lovely, well maintained house right on the beach. We stayed in the ocean or the fabulous pool almost all day, every day! It was so nice having the pool right off the dining room. And it was partially shaded, so we didn’t burn up! Annalise was wonderful to work with, as were the property managers. It doesn’t get better than that. I have always loved sapodilla bay. Everytime I would drive down from gracebay and spend the day here and always dreamed of staying at one of the villas on the beach since it’s my favorite beach in Turks and Caicos. We have stayed on Sapodilla Bay before, but this villa blew us away! The functional living areas with views of the water, the setup and ease of use of the kitchen, the amazing pool. We had the most amazing week celebrating a 60th and a 1st birthday here! The weather was amazing, the beach and pool were used heavily. We didn’t want to come home! The house was perfectly clean, the kitchen had everything we needed, and there are tons of pool/beach floaties to use! We can’t wait to go back! ##### Liana B. The views from the house, pool, pergola, and 2nd story deck are breathtaking. The convenience of a 10 second walk to the beach makes it easy to jump from beech to ocean to pool without having to drag chairs, umbrellas and supplies. The house had everything we needed. We did eat out a few times in Grace Bay which was a 20 minute drive. We also had brunch at Las Brisas - a 5 minute walk or 2 minute drive. We would definitely come here again. ##### John C. Beautiful home with everything you need and more. We loved the pool and being steps away from the beach. Watched the sunsets from the rooftop deck every night! The kids loved the kayaks and used them everyday. The owner and house manager made the trip go so smoothly. It truly was a week in paradise! It was our first trip to TCI and we hope to visit again soon. Would definitely rent Sapphire Sunsets again! ##### Staci J. The house remains in excellent condition. The beachside amenities are new and fully functional. The pool is warmer than my kids baths. The kitchen is still fully stocked with an arsenal of cooking gear that is new to nearly new. We have no complaints and will probably be back again. ##### Dirk B. The location was outstanding and the pool was perfect. Brilliant design. We also loved that there was a covered area w chairs by the beach that was great to get out of the sun. Very helpful to have 2 fridges/freezers w a large group and 3 washers/dryers! The only thing we wished could’ve been improved was the quality of the linens and pillows. And also there were definitely not enough towels and they also lacked in quality. Otherwise our stay was nearly perfect. We would absolutely recommend and hope to come again. ##### kristen b. Communication throughout was great. House was clean and is like the pictures. One big plus is the way the house is situated so the pool and beach are out of the wind. It was windy all week on the island but it never impacted us at our beach and pool. We really enjoyed spending time in the shallow water on our beach, enjoying the sunset from the deck, pool and spending time in the pergola. Rooms were nice but you don’t spend much time in them. We went to a few restaurants and enjoyed Bobs and Omar’s the best. Finally the private boat excursion with Doc and LJ was great and gave us a different perspective of the island. You can get their contact info from the VRBO host. The only potential negative is the beach has public access so occasionally others sit in your beach chairs but the security does a good job kicking them out so it’s not a big deal. The property had plenty of seating areas for the group to be all together or off with some privacy. The swimming pool and beach were the highlight for the young and old. We spent most of our time at the property, enjoying coffee in the morning on the rooftop deck, walking/playing on the the beach, lounging in the pool and watching the sunset on the rooftop deck. The kitchen and dining area worked well for meals for 9 people. There are plenty of toys and swim floats for toddlers. We were there at the end of February and the weather was perfect at 75-78 degrees with a breeze. We didn't need to use the air conditioning at night. A great vacation for all of us! ##### Richard H. We have been to Providenciales 3 times now, and this house definitely had the best location. It is literally right on the beach and is the nicest home on Sapodilla Beach from what we could see. The pool is awesome, as well as the views from the upper balcony. We enjoyed having the beach vendors right down the beach from us for food, cocktails and jet ski rentals whenever we wanted them or needed a break from the kids. Sapodilla gets a bit busy during the day, but we really liked the vibe, especially our teenagers. Security patrols the beach regularly for villa guests, though we didn't experience any riff raff whatsoever. Things were very quiet during the morning and at night. The vendors are very nice and the music isn't nearly as loud as others have indicated in their reviews. It was actually nice to hear some island music off in the distance from our house. Make sure you spend some time at Conchy Conchy with Jerome - he was a hoot! Tip: drop him a couple hundred dollars when you first arrive and he'll give you unlimited drinks the rest of the week! So often you seem to rent a place and the pictures look so much better than the house. Not in this case! This is a top quality, well stocked and well maintained property. We spent a week with my daughter, her husband and two young children. The ocean and pool are perfect for kids. All of the water toys are great - ocean kayaks, paddle board, beach toys, etc. The high chair provided for my granddaughter was clean and comfortable. Las Brisas restaurant is walking distance and has decent food for takeout. To sit there and have lunch or dinner on the water is amazing! Annalisa was great to communicate with and the property manager, Julian, was very responsive. The location is 25 minutes from the hustle and bustle of Grace Bay, but you will need to drive to shop for groceries or get ice cream. We rented Jeeps from Russ at Island Life Jeeps to get around. This is a pricey option, but they were immaculate and a lot of fun. It would be much less expensive to rent a couple of small economy cars, but you will need transportation. The beach is public and one of the negative reviews mentioned a noise problem. We didn't find this to be an issue. The vendors play music after noon. It becomes a low bass background noise and no one really minded it. We used AC at night only and it was an extra $150\. We were okay with that, but be aware that it is metered. This was the best rental we have ever stayed in and would go back in a heartbeat. Highly recommended by our Family! ##### Sean R. Sapodilla Beach is amazing (so calm & shallow) and was great for our family. We especially loved the heated pool & pool toys/gear! Sunsets (in Feb) are directly outside your door over the water - perfection! This side of the island is less crowded & we loved going to Las Brisas for their mango smoothies (best on the island). The bad: - Ridiculously loud music until 4:45am one night (neither property managers or security were responsive) - no one was able to sleep through it. - Property manager was only partially responsive to issues that came up during the week (said he would fix things, but did not). - Bedding was old and worn, and did not stay on the mattress. - Despite bathing in bug spray and closed doors, mosquitos are still an issue inside (particularly in some rooms/bathrooms). Not the fault of the villa specifically, but I returned home with dengue fever. - Broken glass and sharp metal shards in the pool that my kid stepped on (got embedded deep in her foot). - Only allowing for Saturday to Saturday reservations means you need to tackle the airport on its busiest day. Despite all that, we made the best of our vacation & had a wonderful time. I will credit the owner - I sent her a detailed list of my issues/observations & she welcomed the feedback and addressed them all, so hopefully the following guests will reap the benefits.
