"This property was clean!! I can emphasize enough how clean everything was. In my opinion, it was also very modern. I felt very comfortable sleeping each night, not only because there was 24hr security once the office closes, but the beds were soft, sheets were clean and we did not see one bug inside of our room the entire stay. The property is very small; I would guess maybe 20 rooms total. There were 3 restaurants within walking distance. Because it is not a resort with things to do on site, I recommend getting a car. We had one so it was perfect. You can also order cab service if you do not have a vehicle. Wonderful stay, perfect for our family. "

"Mark was an excellent host who clearly provided all the information we needed for the trip as well as additional information like local restaurants and grocery stores. He was quick to respond with any questions. The check in process was quite easy, house and kitchen were stocked with everything we needed including dishes, glasses, silverware and cooking utensils and the location and view could not be beat. The house is close enough to Grace Bay amenities while maintaining privacy. The view was gorgeous and we spent lots of time by the pool. We even worked a couple of days while staying there and the house was well equipped for two of us to work without being crowded. We are looking forward to another trip soon!"

"Great location, great place. Everything was as advertised. Owners were very responsive. Our family loved our stay here. The deck was a great place to view the canal, sit and eat (and bar-b-que). Inside the house was good too but we didn't spend much time inside. The kitchen had everything we needed. The airconditioning in the bedrooms was nice for sleeping. We used the paddleboards along the canal. The location was central and easy access to get groceries, go to the beach... You need a car. I would recommend this location!!!"
