"Very clean grounds, very clean suite (thank you, Katia!). Staff are lovely. Lots of repeat guests. Very quiet rooms. To be honest when we first got there we were not sure it was for us, it’s a little older and the restaurant food isn’t special. But the place grows on you and is very quaint. If they could level-up the food, we’d return in a second. I also loved the yoga class by Lizzie on Tuesday morning. So nice. May be back next year. "

"Great small resort. Snorkelling right off the beach. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfasts were great too. Continental is included and if you select something else only the difference is charged. You can have breakfast at a couple of different locations including lovely secluded tables overlooking the water or at roof top restaurant in building 4,these are nicer options than the poolside restaurant. Suggest going elsewhere for dinner. We had spottty WiFi in our room but that may have been an isolated issue "

"I never write reviews but we had a terrible experience, We arrived early before check in multiple attempts to contact property to arrange a early check in or get options prior to arrival no response We were told we were too early by a very rude unwelcoming employee, we had to inquire as to where we could put our things and very reluctantly given minimal direction to the pool area, we arrived at 11:00am and were told we would be contacted when our room was ready by 4:00pm with no call we went to the front office where another employee let us finally check in after finally getting in our room we were greeted by an awful smell of fish in the room and a refrigerator that was beyond loud after speaking to we guessed a manager we were told there were no alternatives rooms available and the following day we could change rooms or they would fix the refrigerator needless to say none of the above happened, We tried to make the best of the trip but it is definitely not a walkable vacation spot at all you definitely need a car, never received any help from management we tried to air out the room to no avail, honestly a disaster i have never experienced such terrible customer service we honestly gave up and tried to enjoy but be aware very unfriendly environment live and learn, just writing this so others won’t be duped I could go on but simply put would never stay here again buyer beware "

"This is the cutest little bungalow. Overlooking a great view of a beautiful pool and ocean (you’re just uphill from beach). Well appointed. Just a darling looking condo. All amenities present—hairdryer, kitchen with coffee pot and fridge and stove. Has shower with tub. Beach chairs and towels provided. Pool is large. We didn’t use the fitness room but one was there. Good location near turtle bay and smiths reef and airport is about 10-15 min. Would definitely stay again."

"This is truly a luxury five-star experience. The facilities are beautiful and well maintained. The staff is extremely courteous and are there to meet any need you may have. Their service truly goes above and beyond. The ocean views and beach are stunning. The on site restaurant, Land and Sea, is exceptional. We travelled in March 2026, and at this time there was construction noise during the day as they complete new villas. It’s wasn’t a huge disturbance, but just something to be aware of if you’re travelling in the near future. "

"We had a wonderful stay Everything we needed was there. The kitchen was well equipped. There were beach towels, beach chairs, coolers, snorkeling gear, floats etc. plenty of towels for the bathroom down to shampoo, conditioner and body wash!! Beautiful pools overlooking Grace Bay, we loved watching the sunrise in the morning!! Host was very responsive to any questions we had. We will definitely be back. Enjoyed our stay immensely."
