"We stayed in a one bedroom suite and were amazed by the beautiful configuration of the room, its size, and breathtaking water views. From check-in to checkout the service/staff was wonderful. What a wonderful find! The snorkeling around the reef was amazing and the beach itself was just perfect. Every amenity that we could have wanted was available. The Resort itself was also more magnificent than we had expected. Our stay was a ten (10) and we will definitely be returning!!"

"We stayed 8 nights at Zenza. The rooms and balconies facing Turtle Cove are large and spacious…all with nice views. The beds are extra comfortable and the free access to bikes, golf cart rides to the local beaches, pastries/fruits/cookies and cold bottled waters are a plus! We had rented a car so it’s the perfect quiet spot to enjoy your time while in Turks & Caicos."

"The property has no elevators, therefore if there is a disabled person or a person who has difficulty walking up stairs, this hotel is not for you. I killed 4 out of the 5 roaches I found in my room and when I told the lady at the front desk that there was a roach infestation in my room, she asked if I would like to have some spray to spray the room myself. I did not expect that answer from the staff who is supposed to make sure that I enjoy my stay at their hotel. Besides the lack of elevators and the roach issue the area was not bad. I liked the fact that there was security present at all hours. I felt safe, but disgusted by the roaches."

She was incredibly responsive, helpful, and made coordinating airport transportation effortless while answering all of our questions ahead of time.Chef Andrei and our butler Jai were exceptional, professional, attentive, and always one step ahead of anything we needed. The housekeeping staff kept the villa spotless and perfectly maintained each day, which made the stay feel even more luxurious.The villa itself is stunning and thoughtfully equipped with everything you could possibly need—for both adults and kids. From snorkel gear and kayaks to pool floats and games, nothing was overlooked. The living room TV is massive, and every bedroom is spacious and beautifully designed.The service was outstanding, the location was perfect, and snorkeling with turtles right off the property was such a special highlight.We would absolutely return without hesitation."
