Old style Balinese hotel, well maintained. Staff are super friendly and helpful and any requests actioned immediately. Beautiful beach, comfy sun loungers. A peaceful and tranquil hotel right in the centre of north Sanur. Would definitely choose this hotel again without doubt.

New hotel with high quality rooms - lots of space and beds and towels especially luxurious. Perhaps could have chairs on the balcony to also enjoy that space. Helpful and friendly staff plus the French manager is also present and she shows genuine interest in your experiences at the hotel. Central location in Sanur - close to beach, plus a range of restaurants and bars.We also borrowed bikes from the hotel (free of charge) - a great way to see the whole length of Sanur along the beachside path....

Great location within easy access to the airport. Easy check-in. Clean and spacious room. Good air-con. Clean and well-presented throw-out our stay. The food was excellent. The staff were incredibly helpful and courteous. The quiet adults only pool was lovely and peaceful and we were well looked after by their team of staff. The additional activities were well explained. The check-out was easy. In all it was a lovely stay at the Meru. We will recommend this to our friends. Thanks to all.

The location of this hotel is fantastic,away from the hustle and bustle of Ubud and Kuta. Most places to visit eg Ubud, Kuta Beach, monkey forest were about 1 hour away. Hospitality at the hotel was superb and the range of food offered at the hotel restaurants is varied. There is wide range of options for breakfast however quite limited for vegetarians with the hot food selection. The hotel staff couldn’t do enough to make you feel welcome. Daily fruit and fresh snacks delivered to your room...

Everything is BEST here!!! Hotel staff, room amenities, cleanliness, pool everything is BEST! I highly recommend this hotel. Location is nearby to beach and nearby to local market. Restaurant is quite expensive in this property... It was a very pleasant stay here for us.

The Southern area of Bali is quite built up and everything is cheek by jowl but the hotel is close enough to the chaos to be able to enjoy it and then step back into the peace and calm that the hotel provides. The beach is just a 2 minute bike ride away. (The bikes are provided by the hotel for free). Just back from 12 days at The Pavillions, Sanur. Our first time in Bali and are already planning our next trip. This hotel is absolutely perfect in location, luxury and total peaceful relaxation. It is perfectly located just of the main strip, down a private road where all the noise from the village disappears. We stayed in a pool villa that felt like our private bit of paradise and surrounded by beautiful flowers and trees we did not miss having a view or being away from other guests. ...

The overall feel was of affordable luxury. The grounds are well maintained and immaculately clean. Visually very appealing. Simple and stylish foyer. Magical restaurant location. Staff were mostly friendly and helpful. I found the ceiling of the room a little low. I certainly will return.

We stayed in the Premier Deluxe room and it was superb!! The staff are so friendly at this hotel and the room itself very quiet and clean and new. We love it. We planned to stay 1 night and stayed 5. If you are into surfing the location is superb. Ripcurl is a 5 min stroll away and has awesome equipment for rent as well great Yoga nearby

Unbelievable plush rooms and kids loved the pool and slide. Unfortunately I was scammed when changing money next to franks tourist info/icoco boutique near Hardys supermarket. Realise now why the rate was so good!!! Went back to exchange kiosk with Dendhi and security guard from hotel. No sign of main scammer however she rang a local heavy with tattoos who said he would sort it and after our meal w e returned to our hotel to receive an envelope with my stolen 100 pound in !!! Can't thank Dendhi...

We were moved to Ellora Villas the sisrer hotel as there was builiding work going on behind us. Rhis hadnt caused any ossues but they offered us tue new villa and the pook was slightly bigger. The overall service was amazing and we loved the location. The breakfast was by far the best we had in our trip to Bali. I would recommend these Villas to anyone.

Great location for Bali first timers! The staff are very polite and helpful, general condition of hotel is good but a few bits here and there that could do with updating but unless you have no life that should not impact your holiday whatsoever. lovely beach, and the hotel bank offer fantastic money exchange rates! (ours was GBP to IDR) Onsite gift shop, general shop, restos and beach bar (the latter especially for cocktails) are over priced but that is to be expected! but within short walking...
