The staff were all very nice, and the restaurant staff were just lovely, our problem here was that we had two cockroaches in our room and when we had asked if it was possible to be moved to a different room we were told that they weren’t dangerous and gave us mosquito repellent to spray at them. Since I had paid the night before and my taxi was waiting I just left the key and left. Cleaning and ground staff however are very friendly and dedicated. Was upgraded to a superior room because they were not busy. A nice touch and thank goodness because the superior room was still pretty basic but functioning. The actual shower does not have hot water however the hand held tub shower head did. I would return but only to a superior room and subject to price.
