"Just a fantastic stay! I have never felt so relaxed heading home from a holiday. Out check-in was under 10 mins, we received an upgrade to an amazing room with a better plunge pool. This is a family run hotel, so there is that personal touch, which was incredibly warm and friendly. "Beautiful hotel located on the south side of the caldera. Amazing views of the volcano from your room, restaurant and pool. Chef was amazing. The staff couldn't have been nicer from the manager to the waiting staff and front desk workers. "The room was very nice, a cave room as it is called. It was perfectly comfortable and fully equipped. The patio outside of the room provided amazing views of the caldron. We were on the edge. We could see the side of Fira and Oia in the distance. It was a walk down and up to get to the hotel but it was worth every step and their porter carried our bags in and out. We felt like we were in a postcard."
