The hotel is amazing! I would have given 5 stars but we had no transportation to the train and we had to beg someone to take us. Diego the chef was amazing! There also were no pools which was why we picked this hotel. The site should indicate they under construction.

Concierge (Michael?) was brilliant. Reception staff good, too. But having to pay 20€ per person to use the swimming pool is outrageous!
