### Beautiful apartment in the center of Pallanza

Recently renovated apartment in a historical context dating back to the eighteenth century, located in the historic center of Pallanza, 200 meters from the lakefront. The apartment, fully furnished and equipped, is located on the first floor of the building and overlooks the internal courtyard equipped with deckchairs and tables for guests. It has an independent entrance with electronic combination lock. It consists of a bedroom (double bed size: 160x200 cm), a bathroom and a living room with kitchen. In the living room there is a sofa bed that can be converted into two single beds or a double bed. The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, a combi oven (microwave + traditional), a fridge with freezer and a dishwasher. The apartment has air conditioning, free wi-fi, television, washing machine, hairdryer, iron. Five hundred meters away there is a tennis club with two clay courts and shortly after a beach with swimming pools and equipped beaches. Villa Taranto, with its beautiful gardens, is about three kilometers, passable on a cycle path that runs along the lake and allows you to reach the center of Intra. In the immediate vicinity of the apartment there are many restaurants, including Il Portale (1 Michelin star), bar and services (supermarket, pharmacy, etc.). The bus stop for all destinations is 50 meters from the house.
