Stand-up Paddle Board, kayak or fish on the lake or Gulf. Walk never-ending miles on the softest sandy beaches and most beautiful water in the U.S. The amenities include 4 pools (1 heated in winter months), 2 hot tubs, grills, firepit, spacious fitness center, 2 beach chairs & umbrella. In-unit washer/dryer. The condo is perfect for a longer-stay rental. There is plenty of storage, a desk and printer in the master bedroom, a large pantry, beach closet filled with everything you would need for a day at the beach, as well as plenty of beach towels. There is also a full-sized washer and dryer in the unit. The ceilings are 10 feet, which really adds to the spaciousness of the condo.
