It’s a very good place if you just want to stay in your room & go to the beach all day. Also it’s our 7th trip since 2013. Yes they party hard,but so do I while there. The Tiki bar has a show twice a week with fire dancing so it’s cool for kids and adults too.i don’t like going a lot indoors but they have a great lazy river indoors with an indoor pool & a pool with slide out front. Great food at McGuire’s right down the road We willl go again if the good lord’s willing

Something for all ages!! Very friendly staff.. The Supervisor Bobby is excellent in helping you out..... They have different things going on in the Tixi bar nightly that's kid friendly as we watched the Polynesian dancers one night.. We love staying here...

Our stay was wonderful. From checkin to checkout, we couldn’t have been more pleased. The air conditioner in our room was out the first evening and it was fixed within 10 minutes. AMAZING!!! The pools were great. The beach was so close and perfect. But we enjoyed the swings along the back of the building. Just like sitting on a big porch. It is soothing to your soul. Thanks to everyone for being so kind! We will be back.

Staff was excellent, but that’s about it. The pools were so bad and murky it looked like an infection waiting to happen. Coffee machines were broken at their coffee shop. There were no sheets for the pullout bed. Our view was nice though.

We love all the activities for the kids of all ages. Pet friendly, great amenities. Friendly staff. The elevators were a little hot and stuffy, but at least you’re only on them for a minute or so. The laundry room could use some detailed cleaning of the floors and the washers. One of the dryers didn’t heat, but I wasn’t too worried about it as long as our stuff got cleaned.

We enjoyed our stay. The location is top notch, especially for 4th of July fireworks. The beach is beautiful and very accessible and welcoming to hotel guests. The gift shop, ice cream store and frozen drinks at the Dolphin Bar were notable positives. Negatives were lack of standard in-room amenities and some guests loudly partying throughout the night.

The staff were all so delightful and helpful. Henry went above and beyond to make sure we got up to our room when the electricity went out. The tiki bar, restaurant, and ice cream shops are amazing. The beach was so clean and beautiful. We will be back!

Pros: -great location. You are right beside the beautiful beach. Parking is just infront and accross the street, and are plenty. -good option of things to do within the property.
