"Very clean and had all the amenities you may need for your stay. Roof top hot tub was very nice. The bed rooms were very comfy, however the pull out beds were just ok-all was very clean though. Parking was a little tight just as describe. They are also doing construction across The way which makes for a noisy time-no fault of the property just more an FYI. So close to downtown Avila and great beach chairs and toys. Overall it was a wonderful stay!!"

"The condo was perfect. Very roomy. Hotel like as in bathroom tissues Kleenex garbage bags extra blankets clean towels spices available upon request. Coffee station in lobby from 7-11 am. We were in main building which was perfect. Very close to pool and hot tub which was nice and hot and quite large. Beds very comfy and ac worked perfectly. Location was within walking of downtown and very close to golf course. Quiet area and very little outside noise. Staff super friendly. Front desk staff...
