The property was clean and welcoming, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The furniture is a bit dated, but there are some nice, unique pieces that add character. It’s also very affordable for the area. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again!

The staff were great, the building is beautiful and the restraunts was amazing. Amazing breakfast, amazing dinner, Jose the chef wad the best, Gabriel and Middie were the nicest servers say hi to them when you go!

The room was clean and well appointed. Good size and comfortable. It was quiet except Saturday night when multiple weeding guests in the hotel decided to talk in the hallway. The pool was nice and well maintained. Parking was difficult at night. I had to park on the top of the parking structure Saturday Likly due to the wedding guests. Love the rich character of the property and the lobby.

The property was very well kept and clean but what really stood out was the decor in the lobby areas that harken back to the glory days of years ago. This gave the hotel a unique charm. The room was also spacious and very comfortable. And I got it for a really good rate. I was very impressed with the entire experience.

The Santa Maria Historical Inn is beautifully maintained and a lovely retreat to enjoy, our room was on the 1st floor and we enjoyed the view of the patio and lovely garden area with a water fall. The antique room was cozy and comfortable. There are many areas to enjoy sitting in a quiet atmosphere. Staff is friendly and helpful, we will definitely come back another time!

Do not stay in the historic part of the hotel. The carpet smalls of mold, the rooms are tiny, bathrooms even more so, pillows were half-size. This whole section of the hotel needs vast upgrades. Yes, it can still keep its historic charm, I have stayed in historic hotels throughout the country, but it needs real improvements. However, the taproom bar is nice and the staff pleasant. And the restaurant may be the best in town.
