This property is perfect for a unique holiday in Tenerife.  
  
This fantastic apartment perfectly located in the centre of Santa Cruz, is perfect for families, friends, couples and business trips, as it has capacity for 5 people and 1GB Fibre Wifi Internet. It has 3 comfortable bedrooms, two of them with queen size beds and the third one with a single bed. It has a bathroom with shower and a toilet, as well as a large and functional independent kitchen equipped with all appliances. It has a fantastic living room, designed for relaxation, with a 55" Smart TV, sofa, dining area and access to the cosy terrace of the flat, where you can have breakfast while enjoying the atmosphere of the place. In addition, the building in which it is located has a lift for greater comfort.   
  
Located in an exceptional commercial area and very central, with restaurants and services around, just a few steps from the main points of interest of the capital and with a magnificent connection with buses and tram to be able to move around without using the car.  
  
The property has a fully equipped kitchen, fridge, microwave, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, Dolce Gusto and Italian coffee machine, kettle, juicer, toaster, fans, hairdryer, iron, bed linen and shower towels, and much more.There are stairs to access the lift.
