Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk Holidays

Upon checking in , I went to room examined it, thought was ok. Once we got settled in the room, I proceeded to wash my face and hands, notice the water was backed up in the sink, not draining, I tried to unplug, but there was NO PLUG TOP, ONLY A SCREW!!! I reported it, I was told someone would fix it, the next day. NOT I REPORTED AGAIN I was told we can get you another room, but its not Handicapped friendly..I said no, 2 Handicapped adults eith equipment, and such, no. Friday room DID NOT GET CLEANED , WE SET TRASH OUTSIDE THE DOOR WHEN WE LEFT FOR A SECOND TIME, THEY WERE STILL SITTING IN FRONT OF THE DOOR! Finally, Disgusting, (i have pictures as well) will send to Corperate office some type of Bug flies 3, to be exact!!! That's why I brought my own Lysol, and such SHEETS& PILLOW CASES, AND BLANKETS!!!!

I liked the cleanliness. And the younger staff was very helpful. I did not like that we were told about the deposit fee on arrival. I did not like the towel rules they gave us a hard time when we were just asking for an extra towel for the room. And also Saturday night there was no parking at all.
