"The property itself and the rooms are really lovely and well-appointed. We also found the staff to be friendly and professional. However, the area is not super convenient for most tourist destinations especially if you like to return for siesta or be back before too late, made even more inconvenient at the moment because of a huge infrastructure project which makes the current metro entrance farther. There are not many quality restaurants in the immediate area, mostly just some not recommended chain ones at the normal mall across the street (walking too much farther afield becomes a bit sketchy). The hotel’s own restaurant is okay but not great, a slightly boring mix of dishes that does not really invite repeat visits. And the room service menu is even smaller. If the area nearby grows up a bit more and the transit construction finishes, we might return because the property itself is wonderful and the views to La Sagrada Familia are amazing. Otherwise, we will choose something with more neighborhood variety and quality. "
