From the moment we stepped out of our airport transfer,we were met by the super friendly and helpful staff of The Serras...within a few moments our bags were inside and we were sipping a glass of Cava whilst we checked in. The hotel is fabulous...clean,stylish and smells wonderful!! This was honestly one of the best hotels I have stayed at. The room I was given was perfect - everything was clean and tidy, and they left you chocolates every night in your bed! The staff are so attentive and helpful throughout. I loved the rooftop pool, it has some great views of the city including Sagrada Familia. It is small, so do get there early if you want a sunbed! The location is great, a throws away from the Gothic Quarter, with lots of great restaurants and shops nearby. I had a great...

A brilliant place with an excellent location, superb staff and comfortable accommodation. The breakfasts were great and there is a great tapas bar associated with the hotel. The dinner menu is Catalonian and the food is great although on the expensive side.

Our experience here was fantastic. The hotel was perfectly located to make the most of Barcelona. The staff were courteous at all times - we were particularly grateful for the coffee and early check in after our cruise. The rooftop pool was a real highlight. We loved the food at the restaurant and on the rooftop. Definite recommend.

This hotel was a last minute booking for me and I was so pleased with my choice. I was a solo traveler and felt very comfortable there. Staff were helpful with queries I had and the breakfast was superb. I will definitely be returning.

The Neri met our highest expectations. Set in a quiet, narrow carrer by the cathedral and overlooking a small square with a tragic history, the building itself dates from the twelfth century yet offers all the comforts and style one would hope to find. Room design, furnishings and equipment all up to a high standard; staff service exemplary.
I registered just one complaint: public areas, library/breakfast room and restaurant have piped muzak entirely out of keeping with the surroundings and...

This was exactly what we wanted for a romantic stay abroad. I travel a lot for work, so it was nice to have a traditional hotel that still focuses on luxury and great customer service. Would definitely recommend to others.

Lovely rooftop terrace and wonderful staff throughout the hotel. Would have liked a kettle with tea and coffee options and not just an espresso machine. Location is perfect with many dining options and great shopping. Amazing vegan and vegetarian options nearby. Would definitely return.

We have just had three nights at this hotel and it was a lovely stay. Our room was on the second floor and had a balcony overlooking La Rambla. The room was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. All the staff at the hotel are lovely. They made our stay better, so warm and welcoming. Also very professional and knowledgeable. They took time to point out the sights of Barcelona marking a street map whilst we checked in. This is an excellent hotel.

I would stay here again in a heartbeat. The staff were all amazing, and so helpful. Javier was extremely helpful and recommended a Flamenco show at a beautiful theatre. He helped with all the arrangements and my mum and I had a wonderful time. I have stayed in many hotels around the world and this is up there with the best of them. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Barcelona. ❤️

This was a very beautiful and well kept property with very accommodating staff. The location is well centralised for all your needs in Barcelona. The room AC was very good and the bathroom water pressure was amazing. The housekeeping was very good and thorough. We had a balcony in the room, which was very nice to sit in and have a coffee. The Barcelona Spritz exclusively served in the hotel bar was enjoyed by my wife. 🙂

When exploring a busy city, your accommodation is more than just a place to lay your head, it’s a place of refuge and sanctuary. The Casa Fuster was perfect in every way!! From the moment you walk in there is a sense of relief that only the weary traveller can empathise with. The location is perfect, as it’s close to everything you’re there to see, but far enough from the madding crowds to feel like you can breathe. I can’t recommend it highly enough!

I appreciated the brightly lit rooms and the friendly staff. In particular I'd like to thank Gabriel at the reception, who handled the situation very well on the first day when we couldn't check into our rooms because the prior occupants had taken ill. He arranged for us to stay at another 5* hotel and paid for our transfer there and back, and also gave us complimentary breakfast in both hotels.
There were a few (very) minor issues. Given that this is a luxury hotel I would not have expected...

Thought the hotel was beautiful, really great rooms. I also loved the quiet location. The only thing I didn’t like, not sure if this was a misunderstanding, was the fact that you had to pay to use the spa. The swimming pool on the roof is free though
