We really enjoyed our stay at the Axel Hotel in Barcelona. It’s a beautiful place with modern clean rooms and a friendly accommodating staff. The hotel is located a couple of blocks from the L1 and L2 metro lines, making it super easy to get anywhere in the city.

Staff were very nice and helpful. The rooms were a bit small with only a pane of glass separating the toilet, shower with the main bedroom. Please be aware this is adults only. **Please call the hotel to ask them why before you book or google it**

For example, there's the Sagrada Familia church, designed by Antoni Gaudi; the Barcelona Cathedral in the historic Gothic Quarter; and the Boqueria market, known for its tasty produce and food stalls. Barcelona is also home to a range of delicious restaurants, trendy bars, and picturesque beaches, all with the type of vibrant atmosphere you’d expect from a major European city.
